The U.S. Department of Education requires Howard Community College (HCC) to provide students with specific disclosures and important institutional information. This includes, but is not limited to: Voter Registration, Equity in Athletics, Campus Crime and Security, Completion and Transfer-Out Rates, and Drug- and Alcohol-Free Campus policies.
