The emphasis is on creating works of art through digital conventions, visual organization, content, and composition. This course will develop the analytic skills necessary to learn the strategies to succeed in the conception, organization, and production of unique works of two-dimensional digital art. The terms and concepts will provide students with the vocabulary needed to explore the philosophical and ethical issues that electronic image making presents, and its effects through fine art, commercial art, and the media.
