PTAP 250 Clinical Neuroscience
This course focuses on nervous system anatomy and function, and normal/abnormal development. Students learn data collection techniques and interventions specific to patients with neurologic conditions throughout the lifespan.

- Discuss normal neuroanatomy and physiology.
- Compare and contrast normal and abnormal motor development.
- Employ data collection tools commonly utilized for patients with neurological impairments.
- Discuss common neurological impairments encountered from infancy through adulthood.
- Demonstrate appropriate physical therapy interventions for patients with neurological impairments, using safe and effective techniques.
