PTAP 240 Therapeutic Exercise

This course covers the principles of exercise physiology and the application of exercise to treatment plans. Special topics include applications to women's health, cardiovascular function, and changes across the lifespan.

  1. Explain the key concepts of exercise physiology.
  2. Demonstrate clinical decision making utilizing concepts of exercise physiology for treatment interventions based on body region and impairment.
