MATH 041 Learning Support for College Algebra
This course is designed to be taken at the same time as MATH 141 College Algebra. It focuses on the skills and concepts that support student success in MATH 141. Topics include order of operations, laws of exponents, and methods for simplifying and evaluating polynomial and rational expressions. Students learn to solve linear equations and inequalities, systems of linear equations, and quadratic equations.
Prerequisite
MATH 061 or placement into any MATH support course or higher
