Degree Requirements

A major in Computer and Information Science with a Computer Science concentration is achieved by completion of the following requirements, in addition to the General Education and electives required for a degree:

Exploratory-Distribution

Any CSC course at the 100-level or above that does not meet another requirement in CIS major. Note that the 100-level CSC courses are specifically designed for exploration by those with no previous background in computing, and these all serve as a prerequisite to the first core course.
