CNST-910 Construction Project Managemen

This course provides an introduction to project management and construction project management. Students will receive a solid foundation in the principles of construction project management including construction practices, management systems, project scheduling, project cost estimating, production planning and management of resources, time and budget. (3 hours weekly)
