Introduction to Community Judicial Code
The
President is responsible to the Board of Trustees for the administration of
College policies and programs and is granted authority to enforce rules and
regulations in keeping with institutional commitments and legal
obligations. The procedures and bodies
of the Community Judicial Code are established under the authority of the
President through the General Faculty Assembly. The President reserves the right to review
procedures and decisions of the judicial system and to make final judgments or
to establish special procedures where necessary to meet policy or legal
responsibilities of the College.
