ENTR-123 Business Model for a Startup
This course is one of a series of courses that provides the coaching and guidance to plan for and launch a new business venture. This course is designed to provide students with the knowledge, skills, tools, and resources to develop an innovative and sustainable business model that can effectively and efficiently create value for customers and successfully compete in the marketplace.

- 1. Identify the different components of a business model and develop each component of the business model canvases for one's business.
- 2. Pinpoint the key assumptions in one's business model, and develop a way to test these assumptions and/or hypotheses.
- 3. Explain and apply the concept of a Minimum Viable Product (MVP).
