ECO 300 The Econ Games
This course prepares students to compete in The Economics Games, a national undergraduate competition in applied economics and data analysis. Students engage in intensive training in economic data analysis, strategic reasoning, and real-time problem solving under competitive constraints. Emphasis is placed on translating quantitative analysis into clear written and oral arguments. The course meets one and a half hours per week
from the beginning of the spring semester through the competition in late March. May be repeated for credit. Does not count toward major, concentration, or distribution requirements.
