THET 245 Production Management

Production Management familiarizes students with the techniques and skills required to be a production manager. Production managers provide direction and oversight in relation to objectives, organization, planning, personnel, and all other relevant elements that collaborate for presenting events. Topics will include management theory, initiating events, collaboration, communication, and budget management.

  7. 7. Compare and contrast the differing roles of production manager for various types of events, such as conferences, public speaking, entertainment events, and theatre events.
