This certificate is designed to meet the needs of individuals who are interested in providing IT services to companies through help desk support. Help desk institutes a multi-tiered troubleshooting approach by personnel with extensive technical knowledge. This certificate also prepares the student for the following certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+, CCENT (Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician), and AMP NETCONNECT certification for copper fiber installation.
