ART 430 Sculpture and Intermedia IV
Prerequisite: ART 330 or permission of instructor
Students develop an independent body of work that will dovetail with the work for their senior exhibition as a part of the ART 492D capstone course the following semester. Students will form their own research agenda relating to a subject of interest, culminating in the completion of an annotated bibliography of research materials. At the end of the course, students will install/implement a developed project/body of work, complete a 10-minute presentation on their progress from the semester, and hand in a 1000-word written statement on the project. In addition, students will participate in critiques of other levels of classes that are stacked during their class time.
