Electronic Music Minor

Minor Advisor(s): Any Music faculty member who teaches within the core requirements.
The Electronic Music minor aims to expand students' musical knowledge and skill set. Students will assimilate knowledge gained in ensembles and applied lessons to create their own musical compositions. They will also benefit from operating industry standard hardware and software in the Electronic Music Lab. Courses in Computer Science, ETAD, and Communication will round out their skillset by teaching logical thought processes, electronics theory, and the real-time operation of audio broadcasting equipment The Electronic Music minor can be combined with any major. No student may earn more than one minor in music.
